What are your standard shipping and delivery options?
We offer standard curbside delivery and premium White Glove delivery. White Glove service includes room-of-choice placement, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Made to Order' pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna to offer flexible monthly payment options at checkout, allowing you to pay for your furniture over time.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. For large freight shipments, our delivery partner will call you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Is your wood furniture made from solid wood?
Danner Furniture prides itself on quality. Most of our collections are crafted from solid hardwoods like oak, walnut, and maple. Specific material details can be found on each product's description page.
What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, document it on the delivery receipt and contact our customer support team within 48 hours to initiate a replacement or repair.
